We welcome you to be a part of our accelerating program that has produced tremendous results for youth athletes throughout the Triangle. No matter the sport, baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, soccer, softball and track & field our training will provide you a strong foundation. CE training will benefit youth athletes regardless of ability and provide strong fundamentals.

The training program is designed to INTRODUCE, TEACH and fully DEVELOP the fundamentals of movement, SPEED, strength and conditioning. Accelerate towards your goals! Space is limited, so please register today! more info

Registration will close on May 5, 2020 or when full. Due to limited space we will be accepting limited applications this year. All High School and Middle School athletes must register by May 26th, no exceptions.

*We strongly recommend you preregister to confirm your space in advance.

** Athletes are required to provide a current physical (within current year and that doesn’t expire prior to August 1, 2020) a copy of birth certificate or legal proof of age before they can participate.

Duration: Starts 03:30:2020 – Ends 07:23:2020
Practice Days:   MON, TU and THURS 6-8pm
Program Cost: $175 for 1st child, $150 Second/Third Sibling, Non-competitive $130
Uniforms Cost: Cost will be covered by parent, Upon Registration a link will be provided for you to order standard uniform(s).
